For this meetup, we’ll shift back to focusing on entrepreneurs. We’re interested in exploring the allure of doing business with New York City DOE; however, it’s been often noted the challenges in engaging the nation’s largest school district. So many firms will need to have a national, and even an international, focus in spite of NYC being in their backyard.

The panel will consist of firms in varying areas of the ed tech ecosystem, and varying approaches to the market. So we’ll have the opportunity to discuss B2B and B2C models, the K12 and HE Markets, and the aforementioned approaches to locality.

Brad Mcllquham, Knewton Director of Academics, will be paneling alongside folks from Lore (formerly Coursekit), Schoology, and Late Nite Labs.
