Knewton seeks a talented Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join a team changing the world.

You:

  • Have a deep understanding of and facility with a variety of social media and other web tools for finding and engaging the industry’s top talent
  • Love dealing with extremely bright and productive people
  • Have a strong desire to build the most technically advanced tech shop anywhere
  • Can find, build, and maintain long-term relationships with prospective recruits
  • Understand that one excellent engineer is better than 10 good ones

We need you to:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and other positions
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Lead campus recruiting
  • Work with in-house teams (e.g., marketing) to amplify the work you do

You will have few limits placed upon you.
